Sinad Holding announces Al Molhem as new CEO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Sinad Holding Company has named Jameel Abdullah Al Molhem as the new CEO, according to a bourse filing.

The board members announced the appointment on 12 April, yet it will be effective on 28 May 2023.

Al Molhem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

It is worth noting that Abdullah Ibrahim Alhowaish will maintain his position as the company’s Managing Director.

The new official assumed several leadership roles, including the Managing Director of Takween Advanced Industries Company as well as the Managing Director and CEO of Shaker Group. He was also the CEO of Saudi Telecom Company (stc).

In January-December 2022, Sinad Holding turned profitable at SAR 10.10 million, versus net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 63.50 million in 2021.

The accumulated losses amounted to SAR 27.50 million as of 31 December 2022, equivalent to 2% of the SAR 1.26 billion capital.
