Cairo – Mubasher: The board members of Shorouk for Modern Printing and Packaging recommended a cash dividend of EGP 0.50 per share for fiscal year 2018.
Shorouk Modern Printing’s board proposed a total of EGP 6.55 million worth of cash dividend to the attributed shareholders for FY18, according to a bourse filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
During 2018, Shorouk Modern Printing posted a decline in net profit to EGP 24.08 million compared to EGP 35.38 million in FY17.
Meanwhile, sales increased during FY18 to EGP 1.45 billion compared to EGP 1.26 billion in FY17.
