Bahrain-Mubasher: Bahrain Ship Repairing and Engineering said it will hold an ordinary general meeting on 30 March.
Shareholders will look into the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at 50% of capital, or 50 fils per share, totaling BHD 900,000.
The company posted a 35% rise in net earnings for the fiscal year 2014, reaching BHD 1.36 million.
