Riyadh — Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has signed a medical operations and maintenance contract with the General Security Aviation Command (GSAC) in Riyadh, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement is valued at SAR 11.92 million including value-added tax, officially signed and received by the company on 14 October 2026.
Under the terms of the three-year contract, the company will provide medical operation services and maintain medical equipment at medical centers belonging to GSAC.
Meanwhile, this final signing follows an initial award notification previously announced by the company on 9 August 2026.
Management expects the financial impact of the project to reflect in the company's financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House, meanwhile, confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
Recently, the company was awarded a medical equipment maintenance contract worth SAR 49.99 million with a university.
