Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company has named Sarah Al Suhaimi as the new Chairperson of the board for the coming three years.
The firm also appointed Yazeed Al Humied as the Vice Chairperson, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for the current board term that began on 2 January 2023 and will remain in position until 1 January 2026.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Saudi Tadawul Group generated SAR 367.40 million net profits after Zakat and tax, lower by 23.01% than SAR 477.20 million during the same period a year earlier.
The revenues declined by 6.53% to SAR 849.20 million in 9M-22 from SAR 908.50 million in 9M-21, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) plummeted to SAR 3.06 from SAR 3.98.
