Riyadh – Mubasher: East Gas, a 26%-owned subsidiary of Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company, has appointed Arbah Financial Company as a financial advisor for its listing in the parallel Saudi market (Nomu).
The Saudi Paper Manufacturing received a letter from the chairman of East Gas on the approval of the company's Partners Association to take the necessary measures to list the company in Nomu, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The financial impact will not be measured except after submitting the file and obtaining the approval of the regulatory and supervisory authorities.
