Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Sanad Holding Co approved the board’s recommendation to distribute no dividends for fiscal year ended on 31 December 2017.
On Tuesday, the shareholders also elected a new board member for the coming three years, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Sanad’s OGM has agreed to pay KWD 15,000 bonus to the board members for FY17.
In FY17, Sanad achieved a surge of 201% in profits to KWD 1.11 million compared to about KWD 369,300 in FY16.
