Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) posted net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 53.63 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, down by 20.8% from SAR 67.73 million in H1-20.
Earnings per share amounted to SAR 0.48 in H1-21, lower than SAR 0.59 in H1-20, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Sales decreased by 2.6% to SAR 782.33 million in H1-21 from SAR 803.86 million in H1-20.
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, the company achieved a 12.7% growth in net profits to SAR 29.18 million from SAR 25.89 million in Q2-20.
The sales meanwhile went down 0.44% to SAR 326.68 million in Q2-21 from SAR 328.14 million in Q2-20.
