Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) has agreed on paying out 55 piasters per share cash dividends for 2019, amounting to EGP 192.048 million.
The distributable profits amounted to EGP 683.237 million, while EGP 462.232 million will be kept as retained earnings in next year's account, according to the company's statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
Noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company's profits surged by 60% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 721.24 million from EGP 450.9 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
