Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) revealed its new five-year corporate strategy to boost growth and bolster its leadership positions in all three of its key sectors, namely ports, logistics, and water.
Under the new strategy, SISCO will leverage existing capabilities in its key segments to invest in assets with significant opportunities to grow its current portfolio network and accelerate the returns timeline for the company and its shareholders, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The strategic growth objectives will be attained through organic and inorganic investments, based on three main pillars, including expanding logistics services with a focus on the asset-light model, expanding internationally in the ports segment, and driving the full potential of the existing portfolio companies.
An investor call will be held to present the new strategy. Further details will be disclosed in due course.
