Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company recommended cash dividends distribution worth SAR 3.80 billion, representing 80% of the capital, for the second half (H2) of 2022.
The firm would pay out SAR 8 per share for 476.03 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the distribution date for the H2-22 dividends will be announced at a later time.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, SABIC Agri-Nutrients generated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 7.86 billion, higher by 219.19% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 2.46 billion.
Revenues hiked by 166.10% to SAR 14.77 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 5.55 billion in 9M-21, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) enlarged to SAR 16.53 from SAR 5.18.
