Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Riyadh Cement Company decided on 19 December 2022 to pay out SAR 90 million as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.
The Saudi firm will disburse SAR 0.75 per share, equivalent to 7.50% of the share nominal value, for 120 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the H2-22 dividends will be announced at a later time.
In the first six months (6M) of 2022, Riyadh Cement recorded net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 85.06 million, lower by 46.96% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 160.38 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) plummeted to SAR 0.71 in H1-22 from SAR 1.34 in H1-21, while the revenues decreased by 35.58% to SAR 258.60 million from SAR 401.43 million.
