Riyadh – Mubasher: Raydan Food Company has announced the resignation of Fawzan Abdullah Al Harthy from his position as the CEO of the company, effective from 30 April this year.
Mansour Nasser Awadallah Al Sulami will replace Al Harthy, who resigned from his post due to personal circumstances, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Al Sulami, who is the company’s Managing Director, will assume his new role on 1 May this year.
According to the financial results of 30 September 2021, Raydan Food incurred accumulated losses worth SAR 109.23 million, representing 32.37% of the SAR 337.50 million capital.
