Raya Holding’s consolidated profits surge in 2025; revenues hit EGP 63.8bn

Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Holding for Financial Investment reported year-on-year (YoY) higher consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 2.93 billion in 2025, compared with EGP 1.89 billion.

Revenues jumped to EGP 63.82 billion in January-December 2025 from EGP 45.11 billion in the previous year, according to the financial results.

Total assets stood at EGP 50.68 billion at the end of 2025, which signaled an annual surge from EGP 39.11 billion.

Standalone Results

Raya Holding logged an annual drop in net loss after tax to EGP 159.86 million as of 31 December 2025, compared to EGP 566.90 million.

Non-consolidated revenues increased to EGP 1.39 billion in 2025 from EGP 447.48 million in the previous year. The loss per share retreated to EGP 0.04 from EGP 0.13.

Likewise, the total assets stood at EGP 5.77 billion at the end of last year when compared with EGP 4.33 billion in 2024.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Raya Holding posted consolidated net profits after tax and minority interest of EGP 1.63 billion, reflecting a 47% YoY hike from EGP 1.11 billion.
