Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Contact Center posted consolidated net profits of EGP 20 million in the first nine months of 2021, down by 30% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 28.63 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
The revenues declined to EGP 561.36 million in the January-September period, compared to EGP 565.69 million in the year-ago period, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Meanwhile, the standalone net profits slid to EGP 7.76 million in the nine-month period ended 30 September from EGP 46.30 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
In the first half (H1) of 2021, the company logged net profits of EGP 9.75 million, a drop of 52% YoY from EGP 20.6 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
