Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Contact Center’s board of directors approved reducing the company’s capital by EGP 6.66 million by cancelling 13.33 million treasury stocks.
During the period from 18 March 2020 to 27 April 2022, the company purchased 18.04 million treasury stocks, while on 13 January 2021, it sold 440,000 shares, and on 6 April 2022, it cancelled 4.27 million shares, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2022, the net profits of Raya Contact Center jumped to EGP 14.21 million, compared to EGP 9.75 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
