Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Contact Center is currently studying expansion in the American continent through acquisition as part of its near-future strategy.
In response to news reports about completing an agreement to acquire a US firm in 2022, the company clarified that the deal is still under consideration, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Any new developments will be disclosed in a timely manner, the company said.
In the first half (H1) of 2021, Raya Contact Center logged consolidated net profits of EGP 9.75 million, down from EGP 20.6 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
