Mubasher: Salalah Port Services said Sunday that Oman’s ministry of finance has transferred its 20.085 % shares held in the company to Oman Global Logistics Group, a fully owned company by the ministry.
The ministry’s stake in Salalah Port Services amounts to 36.12 million shares with a value of OMR 0.1 for each, according to a bourse filing.
