Mubasher: National Aluminium Products Company’s ordinary general meeting agreed on distributing cash dividends at 13% of the capital, 13 Baisas per share, for the fiscal year 2015,
The Muscat listed company is capitalised at OMR 3.36 million ($8.72 million) distributed across 33.6 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.100 ($0.26).
The OGM earlier approved the same cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014.
The company’s profit reached OMR 779,000 ($2.02 million in 2015, versus OMR 701,000 ($1.82 million) in 2014.
