The Financial Corporation Company will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 10 June to study the financial results of the fiscal year ended 31 March, 2015.
The OGM will form new board of directors by electing seven new members; review and approve the auditor’s report and the audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2014-15; and consider remaining topics issued on the company’s agenda.
