Mubasher: The shareholders of Oman Chlorine Company has approved the distribution of cash dividends at 15 baisas per share for the year 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Wednesday that the dividends will represent 15% of the company’s capital, which total OMR 6.81 million distributed over 68.1 million shares at a face value of 0.1 per share.
