Mubasher: The shareholders of Oman Investment and Finance Company (OIFC) has approved the distribution of cash dividends at 16 baisas per share for last year, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) that dividends will equal 16% of the company’s capital, which totals OMR 20 million distributed over 200 million shares at a par value of OMR 0.1 per share.
