Riyadh – Mubasher: Nayifat Finance Company has announced Saleh Nasser Suleiman Al Omair as the new Chairman of the board.
The firm also named AbdulMohsin Mohammed AbdulRahman Al Saleh as the Vice Chairman, according to a recent bourse disclosure.
Last month, Nayifat appointed Bandar Mohammed Ahmed Al Baiz as its new Managing Director and CEO after Abdulmohsen Abdulrahman Musaed Al Sowailem resigned from the position in May due to personal reasons.
During the first half (H1) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax amounted to SAR 93.26 million, an annual drop of 19.61% from SAR 116.02 million.
The revenues stood at SAR 193 million in H1-22, lower by 1.75% than SAR 196.44 million in H1-21.
