Dubai – Mubasher: National Cement Co (NCC) said its shareholders approved 25% cash dividends or 25 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 358.8 million, distributed on 358.8 million shares at AED 1 per share.
Net profits reached AED 88.66 million in 2016, down 5.3% from AED 93.53 million in 2015.
