Riyadh – Mubasher: Najran Cement Company has appointed Waleed bin Abdulrahman Al Mousa as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
The Saudi listed firm also named Fahd bin Abdullah Al Rajhi as the Vice Chairman, according to a recent bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 9 August 2022 and will remain in position until 8 August 2025.
During the first half (H1) of 2022, Najran Cement reported net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 36.54 million, an annual plunge of 60.90% from SAR 93.45 million.
