NMC’s net profits rise to SAR 66.5m in H1-21

Riyadh – Mubasher: National Medical Care Company (NMC) achieved a 12.7% increase in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 66.46 million in the first half (H1) of 2021 from SAR 58.94 million in H1-20.

Earnings per share stood at SAR 1.48 in the January-June 2021 period, compared to SAR 1.31 in the same six months last year, according to the financial results on Wednesday.

Revenues grew by 9.35% to SAR 416.68 million in H1-21 from SAR 381.05 million in H1-20.

As for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, NMC recorded profits worth SAR 30.73 million, higher by 19% than SAR 25.77 million in Q2-20.

Revenues soared by 8.8% to SAR 202.49 million in Q2-21 from SAR 186.03 million in Q2-20.

Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the net profits in Q2-21 were 13.9% lower than SAR 35.73 million in Q1-21, and the revenues decreased by 5.4% from SAR 214.19 million.
