Mubasher: Mubarrad Transport Company will change its name to become Mubarrad Holding Company starting from 7 December 2017.
This new change was made based on the shareholders’ approval during the postponed extraordinary general meeting on 22 November 2017, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
Mubarrad Holding will change its business to include investing in shares, bonds, and other securities, as well as financing and lending companies in which Mubarrad owns stakes.
