Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) recommended cash dividends amounting to SAR 1.11 billion for 2023.
The firm will pay out SAR 1.45 per share for 770 million eligible shareholders, according to a bourse disclosure.
The board members proposed the annual dividends, which represent 14.50% of the company’s capital, on 10 February 2024.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time after obtaining the approval of the shareholders during the general assembly meeting.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, Mobily recorded 41.39% higher net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 1.48 billion, compared to SAR 1.05 billion a year earlier.
