Mubasher: Real Estate Trade Centers (Marakez) incurred a year-on-year increase of 2.3% in losses to about KWD 27,270 ($89,810) in the third quarter of 2018 compared to nearly KWD 26,650 ($87,770) in the same period a year ago.
During the nine-month period 2018, Marakez posted an increase of 2.6% in losses to approximately KWD 85,360 from nearly KWD 83,230 in the same period in 2017, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
The higher losses were attributed to not realising revenues as well as other expenses.
