Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has inked a SAR 150 million facility agreement, in compliance with Islamic Sharia, with Gulf International Bank.
Valid until 11 August 2022, the facility agreement is secured by a promissory note to the amount of total facilities limit, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company will use the bank facility in financing new project contracts and issuing bank guarantees.
