Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) penned a SAR 42.71 million agreement with Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) on 7 December 2022.
Under the deal, MIS will handle the works of data centre consolidation and tech refresh for 84 months, according to a bourse filing.
The contract will reflect on MIS’s income statements during the first quarter (Q1) of 2023 and Q2-23.
It is worth noting that Petro Rabigh awarded the project to MIS on 22 November this year.
Last month, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) passed the request of Edarat Communications and Information Technology Company, a subsidiary of MIS, to list and trade its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
