Mubasher: Metal and Recycling on Monday said that its board of directors approved the liquidation of its subsidiary companies in Jordan and Syria during a meeting held in the previous day.
The board of directors approved the liquidation of several subsidiary companies in Jordan and the Metal and Recycling Company Ltd in Syria, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait.
During the first nine months of 2018, Metal and Recycling reported losses of KWD 940,500, compared to losses of 15,800 in the corresponding period of 2017.
