Mubasher: Real Estate Trade Centers (Marakez) on Sunday posted a slight decline in losses by 0.3% in the third quarter of 2017.
Marakez’s losses amounted to KWD 26,650 ($88,240) in Q3-17 versus KWD 26,580 ($88,010) in the same period last year, according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait.
Meanwhile, for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2017, Marakez suffered KWD 83,230 losses, down 4.3% from KWD 86,950 in the same period of the year before.
The real estate company attributed its losses to the absence of revenues and higher expenses.
Marakez had previously posted KWD 56,580 in losses in the first six months of 2017, down 6.3% from KWD 60,370 in the year-ago period.
