Mubasher: Kuwait Foundry has reached an agreement with its chief executive officer (CEO) for his last working date to be on Thursday, 4 July 2019.
Kuwait Foundry’s board, which held a meeting on 11 June, made the above-mentioned decision of not renewing Adel Abdul Rahman Rashid's contract for another period, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.
It is worth to mention that the board’s decision first concluded that 31 December 2019 would be the last working day for the CEO, but the date has been amended to 4 July.
Ahmed Jassim Al Gumar is Kuwait Foundry’s chairman, who represents Boubyan Petrochemical, as his deputy in office is Ali Mohammad Abdullatif Al Shayea
