Mubasher: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) has completed the sale of its exposure to NMC Healthcare Company following the fulfillment of the relevant procedures.
The KWD 3.98 million transaction would enhance the bank's financial position; however, it should not necessarily be an indicator of the bank's results for the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in May 2021, KIB inked an agreement to sell its KWD 22.74 million exposure to NMC Healthcare in exchange for KWD 3.98 million.
