Jordan Dairy’s Q2 profits fall 47%

Mubasher: Jordan Dairy’s profits for the second quarter of 2016 decreased by 47.3% year-over-year to JOD 320,050 from JOD 383,770, according to a bourse filing.

Over the first six months, the company earned JOD 320,050, down 57.4% compared with JOD 751,060 a year earlier.

During the first half as well, sales declined 10.84% year-on-year to JOD 7.66 million from JOD 8.59 million.

In the first quarter, the company gained JOD 117,630 compared with JOD 367,290 for the year-ago quarter.
