Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced that Youssef Hisham Badawy, a client, has raised his stake in South Africa for Communication (Egysacom) to 20.5% from 10.97%.
The client bought around 3.05 million shares at a value of EGP 2.98 million, by EGP 0.98 per share.
Badawy has purchased 3.5 million shares in the company in 6 September.
The company’s capital totalls EGP 6.4 million, distributed over 319.9 million shares.
