Cairo – Mubasher: The board of International Company for Leasing (Incolease) on Tuesday said it has accepted an offer from Arabia Investments, Development, and Financial Investment Holding Co. to purchase a stake in Upper Egypt Finance.
Under the offer, Arabia Investment will buy 60,000 shares of incolease’s stake in Upper Egypt Finance, according to a bourse statement.
Incolease reported EGP 58.27 million in net profit from January to June 2018, compared to EGP 43.4 million in the year-ago period.
