Mubasher: Human Soft Holding achieved an increase of 27.3% in profits during the second quarter of 2019 compared to the same period last year.
The profits amounted to KWD 8.36 million ($27.5 million) in Q2-19 when compared to KWD 6.57 million ($21.6 million) in Q2-18, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During the first half of 2019, Human Soft registered a growth of 18.6% in profits to KWD 17.08 million from KWD 14.4 million in the same six months a year ago.
The Boursa Kuwait-listed company clarified that the rise in H1-19 profits is attributed to an increase in revenue from business growth as well as improving cost efficiency.
It is worth mentioning that during the first quarter this year, Human Soft posted an 11.4% year-on-year increase in profits to KWD 8.72 million from KWD 7.83 million.
