HDB temporarily closes Zamalek branch after COVID-19 case

Cairo – Mubasher: Housing and Development Bank (HDB) announced the closure of its branch in Zamalek after an employee tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), HDB’s chairman Hassan Ghanem said.

The branch will be closed for four days in order to carry out sanitisation and disinfection procedures and conduct PCR tests for employees who had contact with the case, Ghanem added in a statement on Thursday.

All branches are regularly sanitised and disinfected on a daily basis and precautionary measures are taken to stop the spread of the disease.
