Cairo – Mubasher: Grand Investment Capital said that its board of directors will meet Monday to discuss an offer to purchase its stake in its subsidiary, Grand Investment Leasing, according to a bourse filing.
Grand Investment owns a 99.85% stake in Grand Investment Leasing.
The company is capitalised at EGP 39 million distributed across 7.8 million shares with a nominal value of EGP 5.
The stock was last traded at EGP 4.63.
