Cairo-Mubasher: Golden Textiles and Clothes Wool reported a 103% net profit surge to EGP 6.8 million ($876,200) in the first half of 2015, compared to EGP 3.36 million ($431,370) in the same period of 2014, according to a bourse filing.
Gross profits jumped 67.98% to EGP 18 million in H1-15 from EGP 10.77 million in H1-14.
During the second quarter of 2015, profits skyrocketed 147.16% to EGP 2.87 million compared to EGP 1.16 million in Q2-14.
The company previously reported net profits of EGP 3.9 million ($511) in Q1-15, compared to EGP 2.2 million ($288) in Q1-14.
