Cairo - Mubasher: Gharbia Islamic Housing Development reported net profits of EGP 1.9 million in the first nine months of 2015, an increase of 130% from EGP 836,800 for the similar period a year earlier.
The real estate developer saw revenues of EGP 8.4 million for this period of 2015, up from EGP 1.7 billion for the same period of the preceding year.
The company reported earlier, net profits of EGP 1.153 million for the first half of 2015, compared with EGP 889,000 for comparable period in the previous year.
The firm is capitalised at EGP 22.5 million, distributed across 5.6 million shares at EGP 4 par value each.
