Mubasher: The Gulf stock markets are expected to see more pressure in Tuesday’s trading session in line with growing worries over capital market risks and the decline in global markets, analysts told Mubasher.

Foreign portfolio investments tend to sell after traders have redirected their focus to be on Trump’s latest decision to ban seven nations from traveling to the US, according to the analysts.

Investors will tend to the selling performance after oil prices are back to volatility, capital market analyst Ahmad Aql said.

The majority of the GCC shares, which reached low levels in the past sessions, may see further purchasing on Tuesday, capital market analyst Muhammad Al-Anzi said.

Regional funds prefer to remain in the Qatari market as listed companies are expected to distribute good dividends, Al-Anzi added.
