Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Fujairah Cement Industries Company (FCI) on Sunday announced that its annual general assembly has approved distributing 5% of the capital as cash dividends to the shareholders for the full-year 2018.
Fujairah Cement, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), will pay 5 fils per share to the entitled shareholders at a total of AED 17.79 million for the year ended on 31 December 2018, according to a filing to the ADX.
In 2018, Fujairah Cement posted a decline of 63.3% in profits, recording AED 13.58 million.
