Bahrain-Mubasher: Major shareholder Fouad Al Mutawa on Wednesday purchased 21,000 shares of Delmon Poultry at 350 fils each, totalling BHD 7,350.
Accordingly, the shareholder's stake in the company increased to 1.99 million shares, representing 6.377% of capital.
Net earnings for the fiscal year 2014 reached BHD 807,600, rising 0.9% from BHD 800,400 in 2013.
The company operates with BHD 3.06 million capital, divided into 30.6 million shares at BHD 0.1 par value each.
