Mubasher: The Energy House Holding registered a decrease of 86.22% in losses during the third quarter ended in September 2018 compared to the corresponding period a year ago.
Losses decreased to about KWD 343,600 ($1.13 million) in Q3-18 from KWD 2.49 million ($8.2 million) in Q3-17, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
During the first nine months of 2018, Energy House posted a decline of 102.4% in losses to around KWD 94,200 from KWD 3.87 million in the same period a year ago.
The decrease in losses is attributed to lower losses of KWD 1.94 million in foreign currency exchange.
Total liabilities decreased by 16.38% to KWD 39.58 million in the first nine months of 2018 compared to KWD 47.3 million from January to September 2017.
At the stock level, Energy House closed Tuesday’s session 10% lower at 36 fils.
