Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt South Africa for Communication (Egysacom) said Tuesday that it has postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for 16 April, due to a lack of quorum.
Egysacom will inform the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) of the alternative date of the EGM, according to a bourse statement.
The EGM was set to discuss raising the issued capital from EGP 10 million to EGP 20 million.
