Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt South Africa for Communication (Egysacom) said Wednesday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will discuss on 27 April doubling the company’s issued capital.
The EGM was held on 16 April and delayed to 27 April due to a lack of quorum, according to a bourse filing.
The EGM will look into raising the capital from EGP 6.38 million to EGP 12.7 million.
