Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Thursday’s trading session on a mixed note with the benchmark EGX30 index rising by 0.14% to 11,731.71 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI declined by 0.19% to 2,208.76 points, while the broader EGX100 EWI inched down by 0.24% to 3,231.96 points.
The EGX50 index went down by 0.52% to settle at 2,050.44 points by the end of Thursday's session.
The market’s turnover reached EGP 2.63 billion after 179.628 million shares were traded through 32,195 transactions.
The market cap value amounted to EGP 756.916 billion.
Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 115.468 million, while Arab and foreign investors were net buyers with EGP 1.066 million and EGP 114.4 million.
